Mr. Gurvinder (Bob) Tuli

Real Estate Associate
Founding Partner Ironwood Management Ltd.

Bob started his career with Block Bros. Realty in 1975 and was involved in commercial real estate sales until he left to start Ironwood Management Ltd. in 1985 with Ralph Friederichsen. Bob has spearheaded Ironwood’s multi-family and mortgage portfolio.

Bob has owned and managed many multi-family residential buildings since he began his career and has experience in the development and construction of both multi-family residential and commercial buildings.

Bob graduated with BCOMM Honors and is licensed as a Real Estate Associate with RECA.

Mr. Ralph Friederichsen

Real Estate Broker
Founding Partner Ironwood Management Ltd.

Ralph holds the Real Estate Brokers License for Ironwood Management Ltd. He is largely involved in the retail, industrial and office investment sectors. Ralph has been actively involved in the development side of Ironwood. Ralph has a commercial real estate background dating back to 1978. From 1978 to 1983, he was employed with the commercial division of a corporation called Block Bros. Realty. After leaving Block Bros. Realty he briefly worked independently, and in 1985, started Ironwood Management Ltd with Bob Tuli.

Mr. Ron Mosher

Partner | President

Ron Mosher is the President of Ironwood Management Ltd. and a highly accomplished real estate professional. With a solid foundation in development and property management as well as expertise in tenant coordination, leasing, and construction.

In 1991, Ron began his real estate career with Knowlton Realty as a leasing negotiator. In 1996, he moved to CB Richard Ellis to help expand the CB brand in Edmonton. He served on the investment team at CB for 10 years, rising to the position of Vice President and shareholder in CBRE Alberta. Camgill Enterprises Ltd. identified Ron as the ideal person to lease the privately held development company’s expansion efforts and brought him onboard in 2006. As a Vice President and Partner in Camgill, Ron oversaw all aspects of construction and leasing, reviewed new acquisition and development opportunities, and was responsible for long-term client/developer relationships. Over the last seven years, Ron actively participated in real estate deals through his company, Greystone Property Developments, prior to joining Ironwood.

Ron holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Alberta. As a father of three, he cherishes spending quality time with his family. Additionally, he is an avid skier and can be spotted behind a boat in the summer and on the slopes in the winter.

Mr. Parmeet Roopra

Partner | Executive Vice President

Prior to joining Ironwood, Parmeet worked at ATB Financial for 13 years in the role of Director, Real Estate & Hospitality where he managed a $600+ million real estate loan portfolio. 

Parmeet obtained his Bachelor of Management degree from University of Lethbridge and MBA from the University of Alberta. He has completed the Canadian Securities Course and Partners, Directors, and Officers course through Canadian Securities Institute. He is currently working on obtaining Exempt Market Dealer & Mortgage Broker Licencing.

Kevin Gillis

Mortgage Broker — Ironwood Financial Services Inc.

Kevin has been in the financial services industry for over 50 years. Kevin holds a commerce degree from McGill University.  Having started his career with a chartered bank in Montreal, Kevin progressed west to Edmonton with their commercial banking group. He left the bank and joined a trust company where he was the senior commercial mortgage underwriter. After that, he held the position of Manager, Commercial Mortgage Development with a chartered bank for the prairies & NWT. He joined Cameron Financial Consultants in June 2000 where he was responsible for commercial mortgage origination.  He joined Ironwood Financial Services in 2019.

Jenny Sagmoen

CPA, CA – Controller

Jenny Sagmoen joined the team in 2022 and leads and manages the accounting for the company. She is also involved in ensuring the company is in compliance with industry regulations. Jenny comes with five years of direct industry experience and a previous career in public practice, specializing in audit.

Jenny holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta. She also holds a Chartered Professional Accountant designation and has completed the Canadian Securities Course.

Jessica Tuli

Investor Relations

Jessica has been with Ironwood since 2014. For the last several years she has headed up the accounting department. Jessica’s focus going forward will be on marketing, investor relations and residential property management.

Jessica holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, with a major in management from MacEwan University. She also holds a Chartered Insurance Professional designation and is a fully licensed Property Manager and Real Estate Associate.

Tara Lefebvre

Operations Manager

Tara Lefebvre is a long-time employee of Ironwood Management. Tara has had many roles over 22 years with our organization ranging from assisting with the Commercial and Residential portfolios, Executive Assistant to the Owners, Business Administration and Operations Management. She has been an integral part of maintaining quality assurance programs, training site staff and managers, tenant conflict resolution as well as residential and commercial collections.

Courtney Martin

Accountant

Courtney started with Ironwood in February 2023, but she has worked in the real estate industry for close to 10 years. She previously worked for a local real estate developer for almost 9 years, specializing in administration before an opportunity to switch to accounting presented itself in 2021. She is enjoying the new challenges that this role brings, and all that she has learned along the way. At Ironwood she is responsible for making sure that all payables are completed in a timely manner, and handling all data entry work that is required.

Courtney also has a Culinary Arts diploma from NAIT, which she puts to very good use by spoiling the office with delicious baked goods.

Susan Osterloh

Commercial Property Manager

Susan started with Ironwood in 2022 but has been in commercial property management for 35 years. She has looked after a wide variety of buildings, ranging from historic buildings and warehouses at the start of her career to managing large portfolios of retail and office buildings. She also worked doing Facility Management on numerous Alberta Infrastructure, Strathcona County and EPCOR sites. Susan has held an RPA designation since June 1992.

Dean Lefebvre

Maintenance Superintendent

With a distinguished career spanning 24 years, Dean is a highly skilled Red Seal Journeyman plumber, gas fitter, and steam fitter specializing in the construction of critical infrastructure such as hospitals, colleges, universities, and government buildings. Dean’s commitment to excellence and precision has made him an indispensable asset in the construction industry.

Throughout his career, he has consistently demonstrated technical expertise and leadership qualities, holding the position of foreman supervisor for the past 18 years. This extensive experience has equipped him with a deep understanding of project management, team coordination, and the ability to ensure the successful execution of complex construction projects.

Dean’s proficiency in plumbing, gas fitting, and steam fitting extends beyond the theoretical knowledge acquired through certification, as he has actively applied these skills in real-world settings.
