Charlie immigrated to Canada in 2007 as a temporary contract worker, beginning a diverse career in hospitality and manufacturing. Starting as a maintenance caretaker in a hotel and restaurant, they transitioned to a chef role for five years while obtaining permanent residency.
Afterward, Charlie worked as a machinist in the oil and gas sector before returning to hospitality as the Assistant Director of Facility and Maintenance at St. Joseph's College, University of Alberta, for seven years. Prior to moving to Canada, he worked in electronic manufacturing, focusing on production engineering, maintenance, and safety.
In his free time, Charlie enjoys playing tennis for fun.
