1985
Budding with opportunity
Ironwood establishes and manages 4 new ventures in Edmonton, Fort McMurray, and Phoenix, AZ. Over 1,500 units plus ample commercial spaces marked Ironwood's venture into the real estate world.
1995
Opportunities blossom
We took on the challenge of transforming the Boardwalk / Revillion historical office complex into Center High School, a project that truly left a mark on the community. Additionally, Ironwood purchased the 105 Street Office Complex, further solidifying its presence in the market.
2005
New partnerships and ventures
Ironwood III Limited Partnership Is established, facilitating increased exposure to the real estate market for existing and new limited partners. This period sees the development of multi-family projects, profitable mortgage investments, and strategic property acquisitions.
2006 - present
Building and expansion
In 2006, we launched Ironwood Mortgage Investment Corporation, consistently delivering an impressive average annual yield above 10%. This success laid the foundation for Ironwood Diversified Real Estate Trust, launched in 2022. With a broadened vision, we're expanding beyond Western Canada, taking our investment expertise into new markets.
