As a residential manager, Amanda oversees maintenance operations, schedule repairs, and addresses onsite issues. She is also responsible for leasing to prospective tenants, ensuring that vacant units are ready for new occupants, and organizing personal files accordingly.

Amanda has extensive experience in customer service, retail, sales, and cleaning. She has also gained proficiency in Microsoft Excel through various courses. Prior to the pandemic, she spent seven years working in car rentals.

Currently, she is pursuing her real estate license with RECA to further her growth within the company.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her kids, watching movies, playing outdoors, and swimming.
