With over five years of hands-on experience in maintenance and operations, Cody has mastered a diverse skill set that spans from technical repairs and equipment management to leadership in warehouse operations. Cody's journey began in the field of maintenance, where he worked extensively with pipe fitting and operating various machinery, including skid steers, forklifts, and front-end loaders, particularly in the dynamic environment of a recycling plant. These roles not only sharpened his technical expertise but also deepened his understanding of operational efficiency in an industrial setting.
Cody has also held the role of Team Lead at a replacement parts warehouse, where he was responsible for managing inventory, coordinating logistics, and leading a team to ensure timely delivery of essential parts and materials. This experience strengthened his leadership and organizational skills, allowing him to excel in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
Outside of work, Cody has a variety of hobbies and interests that keep him balanced and creative. Cody is passionate about playing video games, singing, and playing the guitar. Cody is also a dedicated supporter of the Edmonton Oilers.
