Ralph holds the Real Estate Brokers License for Ironwood Management Ltd. He is largely involved in the retail, industrial and office investment sectors. Ralph has been actively involved in the development side of Ironwood.

Ralph has a commercial real estate background dating back to 1978. From 1978 to 1983, he was employed with the commercial division of a corporation called Block Bros. Realty. After leaving Block Bros. Realty he briefly worked independently, and in 1985, started Ironwood Management Ltd with Bob Tuli.
