Sun Life Place

Purchased July 24, 2024
Sun Life Place is a notable office building acquired for $33 million. It is currently Ironwood’s largest commercial asset, featuring 25 floors and over 290,000 square feet of rentable space. This property is 80% leased and primarily consists of office tenants.

MacEwan Greens is the largest rental property in Leduc with 262 luxury rental suites and at the time of the sale experienced no vacancy.
